We suggest sticking to 3-4 week deadline to go live after placing your order and start gathering feedback from your visitors and customers as that is going to help your bottom line.

Now, if you provide the info from our initial questionnaire within 5-7 days of placing your order we should be on track to go live. Your story, your personality is important in attracting the right people to your restaurant. So the content, images, menu etc you provide is crucial to your brand and your profile and something we can't just make up.

Yes, we configure the websites so that they are easy to use and self manage.

Yes, the website is 100% owned by you.  All graphics and images provided by us are royalty free so you are free to use them.

Our custom package includes one custom homepage design of the 5 components we recommend for growth. Star and Diamond packages are based on templates and client reference sites.

No.  The packages are for fully functional websites.  We can host the website for you for an additional fee, or if you have your own hosting we'll setup the site on your hosting providers servers. 

The above packages are based on open-source WordPress CMS.  We also use some premium plugins which add up to few hundred dollars but are are included in the purchase price.  Updates to these plugins are provided by us as long as we manage and host the website for you.  

If you choose to manage the website on your own, you will need to purchase your own license to get the latest updates from plugin vendors.

We charge upfront to kickoff a project. This allows us to keep our cost down and projects on schedule as our limited resources are not stretched chasing payments.

Yes we do.  Our reputation means the world to us and we want you to not just like your new website but love it.  Also, our process ensures that our clients are involved every step of the design and development process which means there are no surprises.

Yes we do.  Like mentioned earlier, we want our clients to be in love with the website we build.  If you are not happy let us know within 30 days of going live and we'll do everything we can to address your concerns or we will give you a refund that we both agree is fair.
